Returns Policy

We offer full refunds and exchanges on all full priced Maél items within 14 days from date received. Items received outside of this date will not be accepted. International returns are accepted within 24 days from the date of purchase Items received outside this date will not be accepted.

Please email info@maelbrand.com.au to receive an RA number for your return (this can take up to 2 days) any returns sent back without a return authorisation number will not be accepted.
