Returns Policy

We offer full refunds and exchanges on all full-priced Maél items within 14 days of receipt. Items received outside this timeframe will not be accepted. For international orders, returns are accepted within 24 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email info@maelbrand.com.au to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. This process may take up to 2 business days. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless garment is faulty. This includes the cost of sending the original item back to us and the cost of shipping an exchange back to the customer.

For refunds, items must be returned in their original condition with all swing tags attached. Any original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

All marked down or sale items are 'final sale' by default. These items are priced to clear and are not eligible for change of mind returns, in line with our store policy. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, Maél will offer to repair, replace, or refund the value paid for the item.
